When you say that someone has a vibe and you try to explain it more in depth, you’ll often find that you’re fumbling over your words and eventually just land back at your original statement of said person having a “vibe.”

That said…Niko Moon has a vibe. A very easy to explain vibe!

Whether you’re watching him in concert or hearing any given song from his catalog, his positive energy and love for life transcends the soundwaves to inject your mood with a feel-good, go with the flow aura.

Co-written with his wife Anna, his newest song “Better With You” not only arrives as “Heaven Has A Bar” continues to impact radio, but it also answers the strong calling from his fans who were asking for him to  release it.

In what is an addictively catchy, fun-filled love letter to his wife, Moon encompasses that familiar, chill vibe as he places spotlighting praise on how much better everything in his life is because she’s in it with him.

The sway along groove immediately has you slow rolling your hips and tapping your toes to the beat as Niko charmingly runs through a listing in each of the verses of all the everyday things that are better with her in it; everything from his t-shirt in the morning when she first wakes up, to the bench seat of his truck, the barstool she’s sitting on, etc.

The chorus gives us ultra-memorable, comparatives to her being like tequila with the lime on top and/or like a sundae with a cherry on top, while the bridge then sees him perfectly tying together the notion that everything in life is better with her as he tempo switches to a slightly quicker pace within his vocal delivery, dropping:

“Better with you laying in the bed

Catching that sun right when it sets

It’s better with you in my camera roll

When I take a drive down an old dirt road

It’s better with you when I’m back yard chillin’

It’s better with you when I’m post card livin’

It’s better with you”

With a dance craze starting to flood socials combining with the fact that his fans were already clamoring for this song, it’s a safe bet to say that Niko Moon is looking at another very successful release to add to his resume. But perhaps even deeper than that, he’s also aptly providing us with another carefree escape from the swirling negativity that constantly surrounds us while giving us a chance to quiet the noise and embrace the goodness of being alive and truly living in appreciation for the one who makes everything in our lives better just by being them.
