CRS 2024 to Shine a Spotlight on Mental Health
with Keynote Speaker Jason Prizno

CRS Teams Up with Agape Animal Rescue & Training Center
for 'Hug a Pup' - A Canine Comfort Experience at CRS 2024!

(Nashville, Tennessee - February 1, 2024) Country Radio Seminar (CRS) is proud to announce the inclusion of mental health advocate and renowned public speaker, Jason Prizno, as a featured speaker at CRS 2024. This year, CRS will place an emphasis on mental health awareness and support within the music industry, making Jason Prizno's appearance significant and impactful.

Prizno will address attendees during the panel "Your Brain Is A Liar: Recognizing and Understanding The Impact of Your Mental Health," scheduled for Friday, March 1, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. during CRS 2024.

"Your Brain Is A Liar" will explore critical topics that affect professionals in the music industry, including how anxiety affects us professionally, overcoming imposter syndrome, understanding the effects of trauma, the benefits of therapy, and practical steps to alleviate symptoms, all within the high-pressure context of the music industry.

CRS Executive Director, RJ Curtis comments, “CRS continues our serious commitment to providing mental health resources for our industry members. Jason's deep background in the music business brings a relatable, hands-on approach to our attendees and their unique challenges. We strongly urge everyone to see his talk on Friday. An additional hands-on experience this year is our first-ever Hug-A-Pup program, where attendees can use session breaks to meet and play with adorable, adoptable puppies - the ultimate stress relievers - which will brighten everyone’s day.”

Jason Prinzo, a mental health advocate and public speaker, hails from Cincinnati, OH, where early-life physical and emotional traumas laid the groundwork for his personal mental health journey. Despite a lack of formal education beyond high school, Jason carved out a successful 25-year career in Radio & Record Promotion. He intimately understands the stress and emotional challenges prevalent in the music industry, battling depression, anxiety, anger, and imposter syndrome while achieving professional success. Today, as a fearless public speaker and workshop facilitator, he shares his story to illuminate the realities of mental illness, challenge misconceptions, foster empathy, promote self-care, and inspire others on their paths to coping and discovery.

CRS is also excited to host the "Paws n’ Play Program," affectionately known as "Hug a Pup." Partnering with Agape Animal Rescue & Training Center, this program will offer attendees the unique opportunity to interact with adorable, adoptable puppies during session breaks. Not only will these furry companions provide stress relief, but attendees will also gain valuable insights into fostering, adopting, and dog training tips. Dogs have a proven track record as stress relievers and will add a unique element to CRS 2024.

Online registration for CRS 2024 is no longer available. On-site registration will be available at the Omni Hotel Nashville starting on February 27, at the rate of $749. For more information, please visit www.CountryRadioSeminar.com.
