Country Radio Seminar (CRS) 2024 announces the inclusion of "Leadership, Strategy, And Optimizing Country’s Surge In 2024" on its 3-day agenda. Scheduled for Friday, March 1st, during CRS 2024, this panel will bring together prominent label heads to offer a comprehensive exploration of the current state and the burgeoning moment in the country music industry.

The panel will be moderated by Sarah Trahern, CEO of the Country Music Association (CMA). Joining her will be Randy Goodman (Sony Music Nashville), Ben Kline (Warner Music Nashville), Cris Lacy (Warner Music Nashville), Jon Loba (BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville), and Cindy Mabe (Universal Music Group Nashville). Delving into various facets of the country music landscape, the discussions will span from artist development to emerging trends, providing a holistic perspective on the state of country music today and its promising trajectory in 2024.
