In response to overwhelming fan demand following her performance at CMA Fest in June 2023, Lauren Alaina has released her latest single.  “Thicc As Thieves,” featuring Lainey Wilson, is available now digitally and on all streaming platforms via Big Loud Records.

Simply put, this is an absolute, no doubt hit single.  From the intro guitar to the infectious steady rhythmic beat leading into Lauren’s southern twang-infused vocals, this is a toe-tapper, head-bobber, and sing-along anthem from the onset all the way through to the end.

Co-written by Alaina along with some of the biggest names Nashville has to offer, including Luke Bryan, Dallas Davidson, Parker Welling, as well as Rocky Block and Jacob Durrett, “Thicc as Thieves” is an unapologetic and confident cheeky duet that finds both Lauren and Lainey in their comfort zones.

The sass and bravado with which both of these incredibly talented women deliver these cleverly-crafted lyrics is addicting, enticing the listener to get up and move.

Alaina released ‘Unlocked,’ her six-song EP on June 9, 2023.  In addition to “Thicc As Thieves,” the collection includes “A Walk In The Bar,” co-penned by Lauren, as well as “Smaller The Town,” co-written by Cole Swindell. 

Lauren’s touring schedule is beginning to slow down as we approach the end of the summer months.  She has a handful of performances remaining on her schedule through mid-October, including appearances in New York, Tennessee, and North Carolina.

Wilson has been relentlessly supporting her ‘Bell Bottom Country’ record all year with countless sell-out appearances across the country.  Showing no signs of slowing down, the award-winning singer-songwriter is on the road through December on the mockingbird and THE CROW tour with Hary and Dylan Marlowe before a four-night residency at The Theater at Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas in mid-December.
