Multi-platinum recording artist Chris Lane has been a familiar face on the mainstream country charts for years with highly successful singles including “I Don’t Know About You” (3X Platinum), “Take Back Home Girl” (2X Platinum) and “Big Big Plans” (Platinum).

Now, Lane is back with brand new music, serving as a new chapter in an already-impressive catalogue.  “Find Another Bar,” his latest radio single, is available digitally and on all streaming platforms now via Red Street Records / Voyager Records.

“I’ve been waiting on this day for a long time and am excited to have the first one of many to come this year finally out,” Lane shared.  “I wrote ‘Find Another Bar’ with Josh Thompson and Justin Ebach trying to find a different way to write a breakup song and I’m proud of how it turned out!  I know there will be a lot of people who can relate to it.”

The song is the first glimpse at his upcoming EP to be released via Jay DeMarcus’ Red Street Records in partnership with Voyager Records.  “Find Another Bar” is a breakup anthem, bringing feelings of heartache and frustration into the spotlight.  Not only is he dealing with the loss of his partner, but he’s also losing his favorite hangout spot because it always reminds him of the love he lost.

Lane’s weary, somber vocal delivery is perfectly on point, alongside the distorted, drowning guitar licks that beautifully convey the song’s broken-hearted vibe.  The steady, pounding, foot-stomping beat will resonate with the listener immediately, and the modern elements infused throughout the song’s traditional subject matter are sure to hit with fans of all ages and preferences.

“Girl, why you gotta look like you do?

So beautiful, yeah, thanks to you

My movin’ on ain’t movin’ very far

You already broke my heart

Why can’t you find another bar?”

With new music out and more to follow this year, fans can expect the chance to see Chris in concert as well.  While no formal tour has been announced as of yet, he does have a handful of appearances scheduled in Florida, Texas, and California, among others.  Stay close to his website and socials for the latest news on when we can hear his new tunes live.

“Find Another Bar” follows an impressively successful stretch of collaborations with other artists for Lane, who is quickly becoming one of the sought-after artists in the genre.  Tunes like “Dancin’ In The Moonlight” with Lauren Alaina, “Small Town On It” with Scotty McCreery, and “Tequila On A Boat” with Dustin Lynch have kept Lane in the forefront of country music fans’ minds, who are still swooning over the success of his 2018 album, ‘Laps Around The Sun.’  With a new label home and the first taste of new music out in the world, Chris Lane is ready to take his career to the next level with this brand new chapter.
