CRAIG CAMPBELL - Stick To Our Guns - Grindstone Recordings

After debuting on “Huckabee” weeks ago, Craig Campbell has officially-released a brand-new tune to the masses.  “Stick To Our Guns” is available now, both digitally and on all streaming platforms, via Grindstone Records.

Written by Campbell along with Phil O-Donnell, Styles Haury, and James Kelly, this is an unapologetic anthem that pays homage to staying true to who you are and what you believe in despite the ever-changing world around us.  Living in the breadbasket of who Campbell is and always has been, this track is an ode to the morals and values many have lived their entire lives and has and will pass the test of time.

“We knew this was a timely and timeless song as soon as we wrote it,” Campbell said.  “I am so excited for this song to finally be out.  We gotta stick together, stick to God’s plan, and STICK TO OUR GUNS!”

This is a hard-hitting track from start to finish, a down-to-earth, simply cut old-school outlaw rocking country track.  Craig’s passion for the subject matter demands the listener’s attention from the onset, and the catchy, rhythmic vibe has the heads bobbing and toes tapping through the thought-provoking verses and sing-along chorus.

Craig’s vocals are spot-on, well-polished, and clearly delivered.  Frankly, this is one of the more radio-friendly and mainstream tunes from him in quite some time, but also one that stays true to who he is as a songwriter, singer, and artist.

Always a student and teacher of the genre, Campbell remains true to the style of the country music he grew up on, related to, and created as a once-aspiring artist.  Years later, he has mastered the craft of delivering honest music with traditional roots but also intertwining modern elements, resulting in relatable and irresistibly catchy vibes and melodies.

Craig’s ‘Almost Greatest Hits’ record was released on August 30^th, featuring his career-defining songs as well as a few others, including the bonus track “Sadder Day”.  He, along with his wife Mindy, opened a coffee shop / restaurant / live music venue called Grindstone Cowboy in 2022.  Resonating in Eagleville, TN, the venue will be joined soon by a second location in Shelbyville, TN. 

Having first introduced himself to the mainstream country music world with hit singles including “Family Man”, “Outta My Head”, “Fish”, and “Keep Them Kisses Comin’”, Craig created and launched his own Grindstone Records label in search of his own musical freedom as well as to provide a platform for other artists who share the same passion.
