BAILEY ZIMMERMAN - New To Country - Warner Music Nashville/Elektra Records

As his current single, “Holy Smokes”, continues to impact country radio, Bailey Zimmerman has released a new tune just in time for the prime-time summer months.  “New To Country” is available now, both digitally and on all streaming platforms, via Warner Music Nashville.

A summertime anthem to its core, “New To Country” offers vivid imagery and a natural storytelling nature that collectively transports the listener right into the shoes, the mind, and the heart of the singer.  The atmospheric ambiance that is created through the instrumentation alongside the vocal delivery not only sets the vibe for the story being told, but invites us to re-visit memories from our own personal lives as we listen.

From start to finish, this song does not disappoint.  Poetic lyricism, sophisticatedly ear-pleasing musical arrangements, and emotionally-powerful vocal delivery highlight what is sure to be another hit for the young star.

“Ain’t a thing change ‘round here but the money

You try to mix it up but let me tell you something

Same liquor in my dixie, same rowdy bunch with me

I’ll be laid up in the dirt before you ever take it from me

So take the boy out the truth, take the boy out the mud

Put him up in a PJ, he’ll still try to get those 40s stuck

So line ‘em up, turn it up and keep it running

Say whatever you want but I’m anything but new to country”

One of the elements of a truly gifted artist is his/her ability to consistently offer something different while always incorporating his/her own personal touch.  In such a short time in the mainstream spotlight, Zimmerman has seemingly mastered the ability to trademark his sound.  He’s found his niche in the industry, has run with it and doesn’t appear to be slowing down any time soon.

Zimmerman made history with ‘Religiously. The Album’, which became the biggest streaming country debut of all time.  The collection features three consecutive Multi-Platinum, No. 1 country radio singles “Religiously”, “Fall In Love”, and the No. 1 most played song on country radio from 2023, “Rock And A Hard Place”.  Additional hits for the young star include “Where It Ends” and “Holy Smokes”, each of which adding to his ever-growing music catalogue as he continues to evolve into one of the more promising singer-songwriters in the country music mainstream.

In addition to his wildly-popular headlining trek, ‘Religiously. The Tour’, he has been and will continue to make appearances at some of the biggest festivals in the country as well as being a special guest on the sold out shows with Morgan Wallen and Luke Bryan throughout the rest of the summer and into the fall.
