DIAMOND DIXIE - Breaking Up On Me - Independent Release

Sister duo and TCM Class of 2022 artist Diamond Dixie has released their latest single and their first taste of new music of 2024. “Breaking Up On Me” is available now digitally and on all streaming platforms.

Gabriella and Bianca LeDuc released their debut self-titled EP in 2015, and since that time, they have been honing their craft as songwriters, singers, and performers.  From playing gigs at school and church festivals early on to the likes of CMA Fest and the Runaway Country Music Festival in recent years, the duo has found their niche within an incredibly competitive country music genre, incorporating their creative storytelling and relatability with vocal talent and effortless musical compatibility to encompass a sound and catalogue true to themselves and unique from others.

“Breaking Up On Me” represents another step in the repertoire for Diamond Dixie, showcasing a musical and lyrical maturity that is evident throughout the track.  The vibe is perfectly articulated through the choice of melody along with the vibrancy of the sisters’ beautifully nurtured vocal delivery.

Lyrically, this is a song to which fans of all ages can relate.  As has been the case with many of their tunes, “Breaking Up On Me” is a straightforward, unapologetic description of a relationship gone bad.  And per usual, from a musical standpoint, this is another upbeat, fun, roll-down-the-windows good-time tune from start to finish.

Following the standout tracks and previous singles “Gimme A Cowboy”, “Catching A Buzz”, and “The Best A Broken Heart Can Do”, “Breaking Up On Me” is sure to garner similar praise of its predecessors and become a favorite amongst fans new and old.

Gabriella and Bianca have been taking the necessary steps through their journey since they first embarked on their country music career.  From 2017’s ‘Reckless’ to 2021’s ‘Growing Wings’, each collective release serves as proof of their growth as artists as well as the ability to showcase their talents in unique ways in a variety of musical avenues, topics, and melodies.  In addition to their hours of songwriting and performing, the girls are avid on social media, building a devote fanbase across all platforms.  From partnerships and sponsorships with the likes of Neutrogena, Corral Boots and FOX, among others, the ladies of Diamond Dixie have their sights set on the stars of being a household name in country music.
