“Under”, the new single from Ashley Cooke, is not just another breakup song.  While many tunes of this subject matter offer a perspective of reflection, “Under” is all about the raw and fresh emotions immediately following a breakup.  It explores the feeling of loss and hopelessness after failing at a relationship, while also questioning future relationships. 

Written by Cooke along with Rocky Block and John Byron, “Under” follows her March single “Sunday Morning Kinda Saturday Night” via Back Blocks Music.  The two tunes will be part of her forthcoming project, produced by Jimmy Robbins, due out later this summer.

In addition to her own music, Cooke is also enjoying the success of “Between You & Me”, Roman Alexander’s hit song on which she was featured in April.  Tallying over two million streams in less than three weeks, the song was undoubtedly one of the standout tracks of the spring.

Fans can catch Ashley on tour with BRELAND in September for a string of select dates.  With a number of top releases under her belt with plenty more to come, this up and coming singer songwriter is on her way to being a household name in the country music genre.
