Country music star RaeLynn is back with a brand new single, sharing her hopes and dreams of motherhood through the irresistibly catchy, humorous and undeniably relatable “Raisin’ Me A Country Girl”.

Released via Round Here Records, the tune was penned by RaeLynn along with Rhett Akins and Will Bundy and was produced by Corey Crowder.  The theme is obvious but endearing – it’s a wish list of the singer’s hopes for her daughter, instilling the values she was taught at a young age and also serves as a celebration of strength and acknowledgement of how to appreciate the most important things in life.

She didn’t fall far from the tree

Every day you’ll see a little more me

Yeah I’m on my knees every night praying

Thanking God I’m raisin’ me a country girl

As has been the case since the onset of her incredible successful career thus far, RaeLynn delivers a song that is a fun, quirky, lyrically-creative take on a relatable topic.  Her ability to deliver a message as a sweet but sassy, fun-loving but determined country music star and momma is on full display through a track which will undoubtedly be another fan favorite.

She first performed the song live on November 1 during her much-anticipated and well-received return to the Grand Ole Opry.  RaeLynn has become an endeared member of the country music community in her relatively short but incredibly successful career thus far, and although she has already achieved much in the industry, it feels as though she is still tapping into her full potential.  The horizon is incredibly bright for this already incredibly successful country music star, and we can’t wait to see where her musical creativity takes her, and us, next.

“Raisin’ Me A Country Girl” is expected to be included on her upcoming project, due in 2023, along with earlier releases “I Love My Hometown” and “If God Took Days Off”.  Her sophomore album, ‘Baytown’, has tallied over 100 million streams since its release in September 2021.  This past summer, she was on the road in support of Kane Brown on his BLESSED & FREE Tour, debuting new material along with her greatest hits to fans across the country.
