Perseverance, grit, and determination define country music breakout star Nate Smith as a person, songwriter, and performer.  His latest release, the highly personal and impeccably relatable “I Found You”, is available on all streaming platforms now.

This a deeply personal tune for the California-born singer/songwriter, who has endured trials and tribulations, both personal and professional, on his way to exploding onto the country music scene this year. 

Influenced by a variety of classic country, blues, pop, and rock, Nate has developed a truly unique sound and edge that immediately grabs the listener’s attention.  That is undoubtedly the case with “I Found You”, which, on the surface, is a love song through and through.  It’s a song of appreciation, of thanks, and of truly believing that everything happens for a reason and that reason is to be with that one person who completes you.

It’s a self-proclaimed ode to timing and redemption, and an affirmation to a heart.  It’s the feeling you have when someone accepts you with all of your faults and still chooses you for 100% of who you are as a person.  Smith’s vocals are perfectly on point here, capturing the mood of the song perfectly, showing off his grit and range effortlessly.

“I Found You” follows Nate’s current single, “Whiskey On You”, which has been a monumental success and career-altering release for the Arista Nashville / Sony Music Nashville singer-songwriter.  The tune is currently Top 25 and climbing on the country radio charts, recently hitting No. 1 on SiriuxXM The Highway’s Hot 30 Countdown, and has tallied over 90 million streams to date.  While opening select dates on Larry Fleet’s “One For The Road Tour”, Smith will also be wrapping up his headlining “Whiskey On You Tour” this year.
