Yet another bright new face on the country music scene, Brei Carter has released her latest single, “Stronger Than That” to digital retailers and streaming services everywhere.

The song accompanies her debut album, ‘Brand New Country’, and will serve as an introduction to Carter and the wider country music audience.

“Stronger Than That” perfectly encompasses who Brei is as a songwriter and an artist.  It tells a story, and it’s from real life.  The country-pop singer-songwriter’s lyrical delivery is timeless and powerful, with the ability to make us not just listen, but stop and think.  Her vocals are smooth and beautiful, like a breath of fresh air. 

Brei co-wrote the song with Wayne Burton with the goal of telling the story of her upbringing, to provide inspiration and motivation to overcome trials, tribulations, and obstacles that life throws at all of us at some point in our lives.

Since making her way to Music City in 2016, Carter has hit the ground running, working hard as a singer, songwriter, and performer while making a name for herself as a promising young songstress on the rising talent circuit.  In a music world full of talented musicians, Brie is beginning to stand out as a multi-talented artist, garnering praise from the likes of Billboard and Music Row Magazine.

The Monroe, LA native has embraced her southern upbringing to introduce a new sounding influence to the country music scene.  Her crossover musical tendency between modern country and southern pop has found a niche within the genre, and there has certainly proven to be an ear for that style.

‘Brand New Country’ is available now and has already garnered acclaim and praise from fellow artists, critics, and fans, featuring new music and familiar favorites.
