Plano, TX native Liddy Clark has released her latest single, “Potential” via Crimson Rose Records.  The track is available on all streaming platforms now.

As the name implies, this song was self-penned by Clark while thinking of so many people’s comments about her potential and what she could be in a few years, as opposed to what she is now.  It’s the feeling of exhaustion of being told about how much potential you have, while longing for the appreciation of current version of yourself.

Liddy is not just another fresh-faced singer on the country music circuit.  She is a thought-provoking, utter-talented musician and lyricist with the uncanny ability to tell a story and create a mood through guitar strums and harmonized vocals.

Inspired by the likes of Taylor Swift, John Mayer, and Ed Sheeran, the now-Los Angeles resident prides herself in incorporating her own musical style into their influential songwriting approaches, truly creating a result and sound all her own.

“Potential” follows past releases including “Austin”, “Do I Miss You”, and “Shot Down”, all of which have garnered attention from fans, fellow artists, and industry reps alike.

Liddy is putting the finishing touches on her upcoming album and will play a much-anticipated live gig at Hotel Café in Los Angeles on September 1^st.
