Emerging pop country artist Taylor Edwards has carved her niche with stellar performances, viral sensations, and a personality that drips with inviting charm and flashes of undeniable sass.

She delivered her very well-received EP last month, “MOOD: I’m Feeling Petty,” continuing to place a bold spotlight on her signature feels through four, ultra-catchy songs that struck balance on sway along with, feel good tempos.

She now returns with “Remedy,” flipping open the first page of her next chapter with the official follow-up to her breakout single “Call Your Sister” from her incredible Born In July album.

Her uber modern blend of pop sensibilities and country ideals sits in the pocket of a carefree, float on the breeze melody that allows Edwards to expertly use her voice in all the right ways to paint the picture of one being at the end of their heartbroken rope and searching for solution to feel better.

However, the absolute depth of the lyrics really hits through the solid encouragement given throughout the song, which in true Taylor Edwards fashion, rings out as heartfelt advice coming straight from the older sister/best friend who’s been there in that same place before.

She encouragingly tells of how in time the hurt feelings are going to fade, that it’s only starting over if you’re not moving closer to where you wanna go, and that it means you’re healing if you starting to not even remember everything that you thought you’d be missing, before she lifts the chorus into freeing, feel good territory when she knowingly offers:

“Call your friends, tell them it’s over

Dance all night, until it don’t hurt

Just say yes to everything

Til you find your heartbreak remedy

Drive back home, cry to your mama

Kiss some guy, just cause you wanna

Keep on trying, everything

Til you find your heartbreak remedy

Til you find your heartbreak remedy”

At the core of “Call Your Sister,” and now with “Remedy,” sits Taylor’s captivating, caring personality that masterfully draws in the broken hearted and gives them a much-needed shoulder to lean on.

Couple that very strong connection factor with her continued willingness to craft her sound and define herself with each new release, showcasing her extremely endearing growth and incredible vocal prowess, and Taylor Edwards is organically becoming someone who is earning the next big thing tag for all the right reasons.
