Kane Brown hit pretty quickly out of the gate when “What If’s,” “Heaven,” “Lose It,” and “Good as You,” gave him four #1 singles in a row on the Country Airplay chart. However, where most new artists that make an immediate impact tend to lose some steam once their initial newness wears off, Kane Brown has not slowed down at all and has continuously risen to the occasion ever since – look no further than over past year when both “Famous Friends” and “One Mississippi” secured his most current #1 songs.

When he released the traditional bent “Whiskey Sour” earlier this year, Brown teased his fans with the first glimpse at his highly anticipated forthcoming album.

He now returns with another teaser, “Leave You Alone.”

Staying bent toward a softer paced, traditional songwriting style Brown continues to elevate his overall aura with a heavy focus being placed on his incredible vocals and heartfelt, reassuringly romantic lyrics.

Akin to the steamy love songs from the 2010’s era of country music, the melody and rhythm give off an instant sexy tilted vibe that makes a night in together sound a lot better than a night out. However, this song is truly elevated by Brown’s amazing vocal prowess that fully captures the emotion of the lyric.

He opens the song with, “I know I don’t say you’re beautiful enough, but that don’t mean it ain’t on my mind.” But whereas most songs with a subject matter like this will only focus on the good aspects of relationships, Brown hits us with honesty and leans on the anxiousness that comes through the ups and downs, but cleverly keeps reassuring along the way.

“And I know sometimes we have differences and fight, but I hate when I see you cry.”

“And if you're ever worried, I got one foot out that door, I can promise you right now, baby…My love won’t leave you alone.”

Brown leans deeper into how much he loves her and how he won’t leave her as the song progresses,  comparing his love for her to the red wine stain on the carpet that won’t come out and her favorite pair of blue jeans with the hole in the pocket, before he smartly advances the entire reassuring idea several steps into the future through one very well-placed line: “And I don’t know what life will look like fifty years down the road, but you can count on me being right here.”

As Kane Brown continues to tease his exuberant fan base with glimpses into his forthcoming album, he’s also peeling back another layer that is showcasing the extreme depth of his arsenal as an artist, writer, and performer as each song he’s given us feels stronger than the last.
